Safety House Calls (“Child Safety”) are intended and accepted by the client
only as an aid to adult supervision and should not to be considered a
substitute for it.
Child Safety
attempts to deliver only quality, tested products, yet no product is foolproof.
Because every child is unique, the effectiveness of the products provided will
vary depending on the child’s level of development, inquisitiveness and
individual manual dexterity.
Child Safety does
not design or manufacture products and can not make a guarantee as to their
engineering, design, construction or effectiveness. Liability for defective
products sold by Child Safety will remain with the manufacturer. All defective
products will be dealt with in a manner consistent with the Limited Warranty
policy of Child Safety.Always retain
your proof of purchase and warranty information for the products you have
purchased. It is the caregiver’s responsibility to ensure they are
knowledgeable about the proper usage, maintenance and repair of all child
safety products. Please refer to the product’s instruction manual,
manufacturer’s website, or contact Child Safety for assistance.
Products sold by Child Safety are to be used only as directed for their intended
purpose of child safety. Product abuse, improper installation, or customer
alterations of any kind to the products releases Child Safety House Calls from any and all liability caused by their use. Standard
consultation and maintenance fees may be applied for any requested adjustments,
repairs, or re-installation due to abnormal wear and tear or product abuse at Child Safety’s discretion.
